Join this full day intensive day (9:00am to approximately 7 pm). The day is highly experiential with one session as a breather and one setting as a sitter. There will be an online preparation zoom meeting prior (Wed May 18, at 7pm) and an integration zoom session after (Tues May 24, 7pm).
