Daylong Holotropic Breathwork Intensive in Vancouver

The day is highly experiential with one session as a breather and one setting as a sitter. There will be an online preparation zoom meeting prior (Tues Nov 8 at 7:30 pm) and an integration zoom session after (Tues Nov 15 at 7:30pm).
