Daylong Holotropic Breathwork Intensive in Vancouver

The day is highly experiential with one session as a breather and one session as a sitter. There will be an online preparation zoom meeting prior (Mon Dec 26 at 7:00 pm - recorded) and an integration zoom session after (Fri Dec 30 at 7:00pm).
