Join this full intensive day (9:00am to approximately 7 pm). The day is highly experiential with one session as a breather and one session as a sitter. There will be an online preparation zoom meeting prior (Wed Aug 14 at 7:00 pm – recorded) and an integration zoom session after (Mon Aug 19 at 7:00pm).
