Join this full-day intensive (9:00 am to approximately 7:00 pm). The day is highly experiential with one session as a breather and one session as a sitter. There will be an online preparation Zoom meeting prior (Wed, July 10 at 7:00 pm - recorded) and an integration Zoom session after (Mon, July 15th at 7:00 pm).
