This workshop will be an experiential journey into the Grof ® Breathwork approach to generating extraordinary states of consciousness for healing and self-exploration. Via in-depth Breathwork sessions, we will be drawing forth what is unconscious, working with it, then expressing it through the SoulCollage® process. SoulCollage will also be used as preparation for the Breathwork sessions. The early bird rate of $195 plus GST ends Sept 30th.
