Holotropic Breathwork™ and SoulCollage® Workshop

This workshop will be an experiential journey into the HolotropicBreathwork ™ approach to generating extraordinary states of consciousness for healing and self-exploration. Via in-depth breathwork sessions, we will be drawing forth what is unconscious, working with it, then expressing it through the SoulCollage® process. SoulCollage will also be used in preparation for the Breathwork sessions. The full day workshop on May 7th is highly experiential and so is supported by an online preparation zoom meeting prior (Thurs May 5, at 7pm) and an integration zoom session after (Tues May 10, 7pm).
