This workshop is an intensive experiential journey into the Grof ® Breathwork approach to generating extraordinary states of consciousness for healing and self-exploration. Each participant will be partnered and experience a session as a breather (experiencer) and a session as a sitter (holding space for their partner). Online meetings will be held the Tuesday evening before for preparation and the Tuesday after for integration. The early bird rate of $160 plus GST ends Sept 15th.
