VANCOUVER CANADA DAY Grof® Breathwork Intensive

July 1st is Canada Day AND Stan Grof’s Birthday. Stan Grof codeveloped holotropic breathwork and now Grof® Legacy Training. It’s a good day for a breathwork intensive (one session as a breather, one as a sitter). There is also the possibility of fire works after and some slower days for integration to follow.

For midsummer we’ll have a late start (11:00am to approximately 9:30pm) with some slower days for integration following. The $175 investment includes GST and a light meal and snacks during the day. Sliding scale available. Detailed information is provided on registration.

If you are new to this style of breathwork there will be an online preparation zoom meeting prior (Wed June 28 at 7:00 pm - recorded) and an integration zoom after (Mon July 3 at 7:00pm). Join James Fairbank and I back at Quaker Hall!
