VICTORIA Holotropic Breathwork™ Workshop DAYLONG INTENSIVE

Orignially to be a combined workshop with SoulCollage, due to unforseen circumstance the format will be of a DAYLONG HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK INTENSIVE ONLY. This one-day experiential workshop will be extended through online meetings - one to prepare for inner journey work before (Wed Nov 29,  7:00pm) and another to integrate the experience following (Mon Dec 4, 7:00pm).

The Grof approach to generating extraordinary states of consciousness through holotropic breathwork is comparable to the use of psychedelic medicines. We will be using sustained, deep breathing and a musical soundscape to direct attention away from the everyday mind and into the deep psyche. The venue is the Church of Truth near Fisherman's Wharf in Victoria. The cost of $175 CAD includes tax, a light meal and snacks throughout the day. More information is provided on registration.
